This website is run by City of Preston Triathlon Club for Juniors (“COPT”, “the Club”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

You may view the site and print or share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, for example to share our training times with another family. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise reuse our material, in particular our photographs of young athletes, without our written permission. To ask, email cityofprestontriclub@gmail.com.
Photographs of members
Photographs and videos of junior members appear on this site only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and without full names (see our Social media & online safety policy). If you would like an image removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly.
Trade marks
Names and logos of other organisations, such as British Triathlon, Triathlon England and England Athletics, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep training times, venues and other details accurate and up to date, but they can change at short notice. Please check with us before travelling if you are unsure. Information on this site is provided in good faith and is not professional advice.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites such as Google Forms and our governing bodies. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, the Club is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
